Our Longest Cruise To Date

We are embarking on a 28 day cruise which has been a huge packing challenge for Fran and a test of my ability to carry heavy suitcases, roll-aboards, backpacks and assorted other carried items.
We flew from LA to Quebec via Newark. Midnoght flight lasting less than five hours to Newark so after the meal (I must say airline food is actually getting better these days) I got a few hours of sleep. Then a 2 hour layover and a bit over an hour to get to Quebec. Customs and Immigration was no scary at all. We cruise back to LA so probably won't get ICEd or anything. Speaking of which it is nice to be free of political agita for a while.
Not much to say about the flights. We arrived in Quebec the day before boarding as a safety measure and with the time difference and lack of sleep it was all we could do to go out, find a pub, get pizza and beer (and of course poutine). Quebec is a lively place.

QUEBEC CITY
This is where we embarked after a wonderful day and night eating our way through the city. Here are some random shots around the old city of Quebec.
Our cabin, first meal, and Saguenay harbor.
A quick stop at PEI.
